The Dallas area has been anticipating the cooler weather that comes with the changing seasons. At the ARTISAN, we have been excited for the new season for a different reason – it’s time to roll out our winter menu! We are dedicated to bringing you innovative, chef-driven menus created with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. This winter, we’re bringing back some of your favorites and added some new items to keep you warm and satisfied during the colder months – here are a few of our favorites:
You asked, we answered. The ARTISAN Craft Kitchen will be serving Gourmet Hamburgers! Get your burger fix with the Mushroom Meltdown Burger made from Lean Beef topped with Mushrooms, Swiss Cheese and our homemade Truffle Mayo or a Bacon Blue Cheese Burger made with Crystal Creek Cattle Company 90/10 Beef, topped with Danish Blue Cheese Crumbles and savory Applewood Bacon sautéed right before your eyes. Our Gourmet Hamburgers will be served with ARTISAN Black Pepper Fries. That’s right, French Fries are back!
There is nothing more comforting than a bowl of The ARTISAN’s Shrimp and Grits made with Shrimp sautéed to perfection with Shallots, Garlic, Butter and White Wine on a bed of Creamy Poblano Green Chili and Cheddar Grits on a cold day.
On Wednesday’s, we eat Stir Fry. The ARTISAN’s chef-attended Asian Stir Fry Station changes weekly. Our culinary team will choose from a variety of Fresh Asian inspired ingredients to be Wok-Fried in a flavorful Stir Fry sauce, served over Rice or Udon Noodles and a Crispy Egg Roll. Choose from many toppings such as Toasted Sesame Seeds, Fried Noodles, Soy Sauce and Sriracha Sauce. The best part about the ARTISAN’s Stir Fry station is that it is made to order and can accommodate most dietary restrictions! Just let our team know – we are happy to accommodate you however we can!
If you’re looking for a quick lunch, a chef-prepared sandwich always hits the spot! Every day, the ARTISAN will be serving a variety of sandwiches and paninis inspired by world cuisine. Try our new Mediterranean Tuna Melt Panini, with Albacore Tuna, Sundried Tomatoes, Artichokes, Kalamata Olives, Roasted Tomato Vinaigrette, Feta and Provolone Cheese or a delicious Steak Ban Mi with Seared Hoisin Glazed, Thinly-Sliced Beef topped with Cilantro, Cucumbers and our Homemade Pickled Carrots. The Shaved Sirloin Sandwich features Roasted Red Pepper Strips, Pomodoro Tomatoes, Baby Arugula, Shaved Red Onions, Havarti Cheese and Horseradish Crème on a Jack Baguette. The ARTISAN’s Greek Gyro on a Soft Pita with Tomatoes, Lettuce, Onions and Tzatziki Sauce is a delicious treat that will transport you to Athens during your lunch hour.
The ARTISAN is rolling out brand new chef-prepared flatbreads created with fresh, seasonal ingredients for you to enjoy! The Antipasto Flatbread is the ultimate in Italian with Genoa Salami, Shaved Ham, Olives, Red Bell Peppers, Mozzarella and Artichoke. In addition to traditional flavors, our culinary team is taking flatbreads to a new level with our Grilled Asparagus and Shallot Flatbread is prepared with Asparagus Tips, Caramelized Shallots, Bechamel Sauce and Fresh Parmesan and the Peppered Italian Steak Flatbread with Light Marinara, Shaved Italian Roast Beef, Red Bell Peppers and Dallas Mozzarella.
